Don’t be afraid to be you

Ask questions
Answer questions – even if they might not be the right answers
Laugh
Be happy
Be you – be spontaneous
Dance
Play
Watch and observe what is going on around you and learn
Smile – it doesn’t cost anything and it gives so much
Ring someone you haven’t spoken to for a long time
Join a club
Make new friends
Invite people over for a cuppa to catch up or to get to know you
Don’t judge
Empathise
Make someone’s day – share a meal, a story, and a drink anything maybe even just an ear.  Visit a stranger in hospital and take in some home cooked cookies, flowers, books or magazines anything not only will you feel better but they will too.
Don’t expect something in return (give and you shall receive) it is better to give than to expect something in return.
Take charge
Take life by the horns and go full steam ahead, no looking back.
Stay focussed!
